With all of our references, we thoroughly reference each tenant by carrying out affordability checks, previous landlord references, credit checks and right to rent checks, if a guarantor is also needed, we will reference them too.

4) Regular Inspections

We regularly inspect the properties that we look after an monitor them so there shouldn't be any surprise maintenance issues.

We provide detailed inspection reports that inform you on the condition of your property on a regular basis.

Should the tenant need to improve on their contractual tenancy obligations, we will visit on a more regular basis until these issues are resolved.

We know not having a detailed inventory in place can be a nightmare at the end of a tenancy.  That's why we focus on high quality inventory reports at the start of each tenancy with us.

This allows us to track how well the property has been looked after during the tenancy while also reassuring all parties that any deposit deductions are fair and will be more likely to be backed up by a tenancy deposit adjudicator should any disputes between either party arise.
